Ongoing review of your
performance is critical to the whole process of personal development. It
is a continuous process by which you can check whether or not you are on track
to meet your objectives.
The Learning Log is
designed to help you review and record your progress.
In addition it is
strongly recommended that you maintain a personal portfolio of key documents
which will help you to:
An important part of your portfolio is your CV. As part of charting your progress make a habit of regularly updating your CV.
This has the added advantage of making sure you always have an up to date
CV available at short notice.
There are a number of
ways in which this may be done but the most usual is, quite simply, an A4 ring
