New Graduates and Under Graduates seeking full time or temporary employment are free to use the Oilcareers system in the same way as experienced candidates. The only differentiation is by the description of experience level. A new or imminent graduate would select an experience level of "Graduate". An Under Graduate would select "Under Graduate".
