Construction Manager – Qatar and Kuwait based – Full-time- Permanent. The Construction Manager within the Industry and Facilities Division of the Middle East Region will be in charge of the development and management of the construction business line in the designated country office. The construction business line provides services related to QHSE for construction projects (e.g. QA/QC, inspections, design review of buildings and infrastructure projects).
The tasks will include, but are not limited to: Manage the construction department in the country (several employees), leading and motivating, preparation of service execution planning (workforce and invoicing) for big and complicated contracts, supervision of the performance of services and reporting, team and subcontractors time management, initiation and follow up of invoicing, follow up of the turnover and profit, evaluation of need for recruitment and evaluation of candidates, etc... Develop the services in the country, initiate and follow up commercial actions and sales, follow up relations with clients, preparation of technical and financial offers and contracts, contract negotiation with clients, etc... Preparation and transmission of activity reports to country Chief Executive and to the Regional management. Coordination with the regional management for the development of the country
