Accountabilities and Responsibilities: With reference to the specified area of competence, the job holder is directly responsible for his teams requirements: • Review Design Documentation for Operability and Maintainability Assurance • Provide options and recommendations relating to design issues • Participate to FAT and other project activities (SIL, HAZOP, 3D Review,) • Prepare the maintenance procedures and specifications according to Company strategies • Prepare/review initial maintenance strategies • Review the maintenance routines proposed by Vendors and their optimisation according to ROK Regulations, RBI strategies, SIL requirements and RCM results • Select the equipment spare parts and give define their management procedures (Warehousing, supply, preservation,) • Ensure the reordering of spare parts to maintain the defined stock levels • Provide support in the development of the CMMS • Define and coordinate relevant discipline maintenance contracts • Define and monitor Performance Index for Maintenance activities • Assist in the definition of plant modifications • Promote and assure the continuous improvement of the maintenance process following the field feedbacks • Give support to the planning activity • Input into the technical training of National Technicians and competence assurance schemes • Input into the Opex model, pre operation budget and first operational budget • Input into the VOWD (value of work done) report • Support the maintenance operational sites for solving technical problems • Take technical authority on his responsibility area HSE Responsibilities: Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following… • Kazakhstan Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations • Companies Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations • Ensure Safety features are applied to all design works and activities

Status:	Contract
Required Skills/Experience:	The job holder must have • Degree or HNC Engineering (preferably Chartered) or equivalent • Minimum 10 years experience in inspection/maintenance activities in the specific area of competence • Significant experience in Oil & Gas plants Design and Operation • Previous experience in Caspian Area would be beneficial
